This song has a soothing hula-esque vibe and features David Durst’s Hammond Organ playing. Inspired by the convergence of the 17-year, 13-year, and annual cicadas a few years ago, the song includes a bunch of interesting cicada facts, and some unexpected rhymes such as “cicadas” and “hiatus” & “nymphs” and “glimpse.”
